Terms & Conditions

1. Ordering and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian. Prices are listed in NOK by default, but my be listed in your local currency. 5% kunstavgift / Norwegian art fee will be added to the order. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

2. Print production and delivery

All prints are made to order specifically for your purchase. Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed and payment is received. Please allow about two weeks for production and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. No refunds or returns

Due to the custom nature of our limited edition prints, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color variations as shown on digital screens.

4. Damaged prints

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within five days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will either replace the damaged print or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Limited edition policy

Each print is part of a limited edition and is numbered accordingly. We reserve the right to limit the number of prints sold per customer.

Prints sized 60x40cm is limited to eight copies + artist´s proof. Prints sized 90x60cm is limited to five copies + artist´s proof. 

6. Copyright and usage

All artwork and prints are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print does not transfer the copyright or grant any reproduction rights. The print is for personal use only and may not be resold, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the artist.

7. Privacy policy

Your personal information will be used solely to process your order and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for shipping and payment processing.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
